I purchased 8 wood invitations on 8/30 with the expectation of it being shipped and received by me between 9/6 - 9/14 as advertised. I'm having a small wedding the end of October and needed to send these out ASAP. 9/11 I reached out for an ETA and no response. I reached out again on 9/16 asking if I will get these before 9/23 and no response. I then made a Help Request to Etsy on the 16th and suddenly I get a response letting me know their equipment broke and they will get my order done ASAP. The next day 9/17 they made a Tracking label, thought I will have it albeit late but soon. Days went by and the tracking was never updated beyond a "label was created." I reached out again on 9/23 and no response, but later that day it was shipped. I received them 10/1, which is too late. I had to purchase other cards. I'm very upset.
