Superb quality and spot on description with product comparison. Laser etching was crisp and clean, product was light to the touch, smooth, no splinters. I did the custom sample so I could see what it would look like with my wedding details. Seller followed what I requested easily. There was some slight language barrier but easily fixed with clarification. Turn around for contact regarding product proof and some questions did take longer than the specified 24hrs on listings, around 2-3 days. A suggestion, unless this was a rare case to put 24-72hrs just in the event there are those really bothered by timeline not matching. Seller also sent 2 colors since I wasn't sure if we wanted a light natural look or a pop of color. I really appreciated that!
